With boys's soccer, football, and volleyball wrapping up their fall seasons in many regions I wanted to check in on your upcoming off-season programs. Don't wait until January to start planning your off-season and pre-season programs. The gap between Halloween and Thanksgiving is the perfect time to start making a plan to turn things around next fall!

I know it's been a busy start to the school-year for me. I've been prepping an adult rugby team for their best season in a decade, helping prepare a member of the English National U17 Women's Team for her run through the U17 World Cup, and working with football, hockey, volleyball and lacrosse athletes individually for their different training blocks.

Don't try to do it all yourself. I've been there. I was a head coach that has to oversee the strength and conditioning program, fundraising, the offense and defense... I can't help you with the rest, but leave the S&C part to me! I'm a certified strength coach through the NHSSCA, Exos, and USAW.
